This Commercial Water Bottling Machine has washing, filling, capping three functions in one body, total process is automatic.
Bottles are transferred to juice filling machine through poking bottle star-wheel.The bottle is hold by neck holding
plate after it is in the juice filling machine. The filling valve ascends and descends by the action of cam. It applies pressure filling method. When filling valve descends and touches bottle jack, it opens and finishes the filling course, when finished, the filling valve ascends and leaves the bottle while the bottle is transferred into capping machine through transition star-wheel that clamps bottle neck.
Washing part: More water saving with the mechanical valve.Control washing pressure with the pressure gage every-time to keep the washing pressure, insure washing bottles clearly.
Filling part: Down head cam structure with plunger filling valve, can fill juice more stable and accurate.We use igus plastic bearing to make the machine work more stable and easy maintain.Beverage tank with rotary CIP system.
Capping part: The constant torque rotary cap of filling machine structure has low noise, damage free and smooth operation. Electroplate shaft, no blackening.
